What to expect after your massage or skin care session:

Our body has the amazing ability to protect, repair and heal itself. The body's natural healing responses may take place after your skin treatment or massage.  Soft tissue manipulation administered during the session may rev-up your body and facilitate the detoxifying, healing and rejuvenation process of the body, mind and spirit. 

You may feel sore for at least two days due to the passive or active exercise administered to your soft tissues.

Here is a list of suggestions:

Take a hot bath in Epsom salts

Apply ice to inflammed area

Practice deep breathing

Stretch for 10-15 minutes per day

Practice quiet time, prayer and meditation daily

Drink plenty of water

Wellness Tips -Prevent dehydration:

An Average of 10-12 glasses of water per day is acceptable.
